Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Federal Way, WA
DBS Laredo is searching for skilled Solo CDL A drivers to join our dedicated dry van fleet. We offer consistent freight, competitive pay, and dependable home time while ensuring our drivers are respected and supported.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely transport freight to various locations on schedule.
- Follow all laws and safety standards while driving.
- Maintain accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid CDL-A license.
- Experience with dry van driving preferred.
- Commitment to safety and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
