Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Fishers, IN

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a fulfilling W2 role with excellent pay and modern equipment? Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to maximize your earnings and spend quality time with family.

Equipment:

• Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, designed to ensure comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Benefit from 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Earn an average of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. You will also receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states with varied refrigerated freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for drivers 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition.
