Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Fishers, IN

Are you a CDL-A driver in search of a rewarding independent contractor position with excellent pay? American Trucking Group is hiring for W2 roles with dry van routes across all 48 states, providing you with substantial earning potential while enjoying the autonomy of independent contracting.

Home Time:

3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing you to balance your work and family life.

Equipment:

Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts to ensure your comfort during long trips.

No Touch Freight:

Work with refrigerated freight under 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes in the East Coast and Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings between $1,600 and $1,800 per week, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

OTR covering all 48 states, offering diverse opportunities with refrigerated freight, including specialized routes for optimal earnings.

Benefits:

Join as a W2 independent contractor with a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is also available, requiring a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
