OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Florence, KY by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Work nationwide as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver based in Florence, KY, transporting freight on steady lanes designed for consistent mileage. Expect roughly 2,500 miles per week and scheduled home time every two weeks while operating late-model sleeper trucks with APUs and inverters, supported by company maintenance.
Core duties:
- Safely complete long-haul deliveries, manage ELD/logbook accuracy, and secure loads.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and submit maintenance reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and maintain delivery documentation.
Requirements & pay: CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months OTR experience required; pay begins at 65 CPM with safety/referral bonuses and comprehensive benefits including 401(k).
