Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Fort Bliss, TX
Are you a CDL-A driver eager for an OTR role with competitive compensation and top-notch equipment? Home Time:
- Generally out 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight.
- We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may arise.
- Schedule operates Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.
Equipment:
- Our fleet features trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models.
- All vehicles come with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
- Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibilities.
No Touch Freight:
- All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times.
- We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads for efficient operations.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
- Base rate of .45, .50, or .55 CPM plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.
Running Area:
- Operations mostly east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially reaching 3,000 miles weekly.
- Reliable freight lanes ensure consistent mileage and earning potential.

Requirements
