Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Fort Bragg, NC

Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time but some 2-week periods may occur. Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-kept and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secure parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive products, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn between $1,350 and $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, driving 2,500-2,800 miles on average. The base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and income potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You can qualify for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
