Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically, you will be out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although two-week periods may occur. Your schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All loads are 100% no-touch primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with an average of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily running east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. We offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may become eligible for dedicated accounts.
