Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Fort Smith, AR
DBS is on the lookout for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our dry van fleet in Fort Smith. We ensure steady freight, competitive compensation, and reliable home time while making sure our drivers feel supported and respected.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods using a dry van trailer.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and routes.
Requirements:
- Current CDL-A license.
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience.
- A spotless driving record with no major infractions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
