OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fort Worth, TX by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Operate coast‑to‑coast OTR runs for HMD Trucking from Fort Worth, TX as a solo CDL‑A dry van driver. Equipment includes modern trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleeper cabs, plus dependable in‑house maintenance support.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport dry van freight on regional and national routes.
- Complete required pre/post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Work with dispatch to meet schedules and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL‑A with a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Commitment to DOT safety and inspection standards.
Starting pay is 65¢/mile with typical weekly averages near 2,500 miles, safety and referral bonuses, home every two weeks, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Join a driver‑centered team that prioritizes safety and steady freight.
