Home Time: Typically, you will be out 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. While we aim for weekly home time, 2-week stretches may occasionally occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and less than three years old, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We ensure 100% no-touch freight, mainly consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with the potential to drive 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Our base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are mainly east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to cover up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers can apply for dedicated accounts.
