OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Frankfort, KY by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Deliver dry-van freight nationwide from Frankfort, KY with HMD Trucking, joining a team that values safe driving, dependable freight, and professional support for OTR solo drivers.
Your Responsibilities:
- Safely operate long-haul routes, maintain accurate ELD and trip records, and comply with DOT regulations.
- Perform vehicle inspections, secure loads, and manage basic cargo handling.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and report mechanical or service needs.
Company-provided equipment includes tractors under three years with sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus dedicated in-house maintenance. Starting pay is 65 CPM with average weekly miles around 2,500, bonus opportunities, home every two weeks, and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
