Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Franklin, KY

Home Time:

Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight.
We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur.
Schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment:

Well-maintained fleet no older than three years, including models like Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner.
All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems.
Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight:

All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times.
Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly.
Base rates of .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area:

Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential for 3,000 miles weekly.
Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits:

Health insurance starts the first of the month following 60 days.
Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program.
Eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
