Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Franklin, TN
DBS is looking for experienced Solo CDL A drivers to join our distinguished dry van fleet. We offer steady freight, competitive pay, and reliable home time while ensuring our drivers feel supported and respected.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver freight safely and punctually across various routes.
- Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Keep detailed records of deliveries and vehicle conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- Current CDL-A license.
- A minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Must maintain a clean driving history.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
