Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Franklin, TN
HMD Trucking is in search of skilled OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to deliver freight nationwide. We offer strong mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split and weekly mileage averages around 5,000 miles, with bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
What We Offer You:

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
