Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks out on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing for an optimal work-life balance.

Equipment:

• Drive state-of-the-art Freightliner Cascadia trucks from 2021 or newer, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini-fridges, and TV mounts designed for comfort during your travels.

Freight Operations:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch dry van freight operations across all 48 states, including key routes on the East Coast, ensuring a streamlined experience.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings between $1,600 and $1,800, with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• OTR driving covering all 48 states, with diverse dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• As a 1099 independent contractor, you will benefit from a passenger policy for individuals aged 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
