Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though some drivers may have 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes trucks no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, which reduces dock waiting times. Our freight is 100% no-touch, primarily composed of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with 2,500 to 2,800 miles weekly. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
