Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight demands. We strive for weekly home time, although some may have 2-week stretches. The schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, consisting of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, ensuring secure parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are managed with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with weekly miles between 2,500 and 2,800. The base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, in addition to a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for completing 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: We primarily operate east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers the potential for 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month after 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
