Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though 2-week stretches may happen. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers are allowed to take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, which reduces dock waiting times. We guarantee 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly mileages of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning opportunities.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
