OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Gadsden, AL by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

The role delivers dependable freight lanes with competitive mileage pay beginning at 65 CPM, weekly averages around 2,500 miles, and additional safety and referral bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Transport dry van freight on long-haul assignments across the U.S.
- Complete routine inspections and keep equipment road-ready
- Work with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and clear communication
Requirements & Opportunity:
- CDL-A required with a minimum of 12 months’ experience. HMD offers in-house maintenance support, full benefits, PTO, 401(k), and regular home time every two weeks.
