Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time based on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some drivers may experience 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet includes well-maintained trucks that are no older than three years, including models from Peterbilt, International, and Freightliner. All vehicles are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with mileage ranging from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily focus on areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month after 60 days of employment, along with vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
