Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Gary, IN
HMD Trucking is actively seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers in Gary, IN, to handle freight across the country. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, with average weekly miles around 5,000, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.

Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license required.
- Minimum 12 months of driving experience.
- Commitment to safety and quality driving.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
