Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Vacancy description
Deliver dry van freight coast to coast alongside a teammate, with home time scheduled every three weeks.
Leverage HMD’s modern fleet—trucks under three years old—equipped with sleepers, APUs, inverters and backed by in-house maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem for safe, on-time nationwide deliveries
- Comply with FMCSA rules and internal safety policies
- Conduct detailed inspections and accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain proactive communication with dispatch and ops
Must hold a CDL A and have a minimum of 12 months of OTR team driving experience.
