Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Georgetown, DE
HMD Trucking is seeking experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We offer strong mileage pay beginning at 77 CPM Split, with average weekly miles around 5,000, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.
We Provide:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every three weeks.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license is a must.
- At least 12 months of relevant driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
