Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks based on location and freight. We strive to provide weekly home time, but some two-week stretches may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring trucks like Peterbilt 579, International, and Freightliner. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, with 70% of operations being drop and hook, which greatly reduces dock waiting times. Our cargo primarily consists of automotive freight for efficient transport.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, there’s potential for dedicated drivers to achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly, with consistent freight lanes ensuring stable mileage and earnings.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, dedicated accounts become available.
