HMD Trucking is actively seeking seasoned OTR Solo CDL A Dry Van Drivers to transport freight across the country. We provide competitive mileage compensation starting at 60 cents per mile, with drivers averaging approximately 2,500 miles weekly. Additional incentives are available for safe driving, spotless inspections, and successful referrals.
Our fleet features trucks less than three years old, complete with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, all supported by dependable in-house maintenance. Drivers return home every two weeks and enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
