Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop-and-hook operations, minimizing waiting time at docks. We provide 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on hiring location, with weekly mileages ranging from 2,500-2,800 miles. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, alongside a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, allowing dedicated drivers to cover up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
