Home Time: Typically out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but occasionally 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, enabling drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads involve 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times. We provide 100% no-touch freight, primarily focusing on automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350 to $1,600 depending on the hiring location, with mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 weekly. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for maintaining 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily service areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Dedicated accounts become available after 90 days.
