Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Glendale, AZ
DBS is seeking skilled Solo CDL A drivers to become part of our dedicated dry van fleet. We provide consistent freight, attractive compensation, and dependable home time while ensuring our drivers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver freight to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Follow all traffic regulations and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of trips and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Proven experience as a truck driver.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR/PSP
- No DUI or SAP violations
Benefits
- Pay $0.63 CPM
- Freight: Dry Van
- Stop Pay per extra stop: $25
- Layover and detention pay
- Home Time: Every 2 weeks nationwide. Weekly home time available on select routes
- W2 contract with benefits
