Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks depending on the location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, though two-week periods may sometimes occur. The work schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, with a complete 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with vehicles no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on your location, with 2,500-2,800 miles every week. The base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers have the potential to reach 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance commences the first month after 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Drivers can become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
