Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Grand Junction, CO

Home Time:

3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, creating extended earning periods balanced with quality family time.

Equipment:

Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our modern fleet ensures comfort on long journeys.

Freight Type:

Transport dry van freight with 100% no-touch operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes for enhanced earning potential.

Pay and Miles:

Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 weekly with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 for each stop. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is provided, paid out at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the year’s end.

Running Area:

OTR covering all 48 states with various dry van freight opportunities designed to maximize earnings.

Benefits:

This W2 independent contractor role includes a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no cost. A pet policy is available with a refundable $500 deposit based on the truck’s condition upon return.
