Join HMD's OTR dry van fleet based in Grand Prairie, TX, hauling freight coast-to-coast. You’ll run consistent national lanes in late-model tractors (under 3 years) fitted with APUs, inverters and sleepers, and benefit from dedicated in-house maintenance support.

Your daily work:

Safely transport dry van freight on long-haul OTR routes.
Complete accurate logs, inspections, and paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch to meet delivery windows.

Compensation & schedule: $0.65 CPM, averaging ~2,500 miles weekly, plus safety, inspection and referral bonuses; typically home every two weeks and full benefits.

Requirements: Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience. HMD values safety and supports drivers with a driver-focused culture for long-term success.
