Home Time: Typically, our drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and consists of trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive freight, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with a weekly mileage range of 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can expect to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
