Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Grants Pass, OR

Are you a CDL-A driver seeking an independent contractor role with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer W2 positions with dry van routes throughout all 48 states and significant earning potential. Home Time:

• 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods and valuable time with family.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our modern fleet is designed for comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Enjoy 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week, with a pay structure of $0.60 CPM and an additional $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, distributed at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit share bonus at year’s end.

• OTR covering all 48 states with diverse dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• This is a W2 independent contractor position with a passenger policy for drivers aged 18+. A pet policy is available with a refundable $500 deposit based on truck condition upon return.
