Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks, no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 70% drop and hook operations, significantly reducing dock waiting time. We ensure 100% no-touch freight primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,600 weekly based on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles per week. Base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles weekly. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first of the month following 60 days. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are available. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
