Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road, followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to maximize your earnings while enjoying quality time with family.

Equipment:

• Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia, outfitted with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts. Our modern fleet is tailored for comfort during long trips.

Freight:

• Work with 100% no-touch freight operations, transporting dry van loads across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 per week with a competitive $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, distributed at $150 per week for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• OTR routes covering all 48 states, providing varied dry van freight opportunities for maximum earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those aged 18 and older at no cost, along with a pet policy featuring a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
