Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Green Bay, WI by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)

Our team drivers see weekly averages of 5,000 miles with split pay at 77¢ per mile and incentives for safety and clean inspections. Trucks are under three years old and feature APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers, all maintained by our in-house service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute team-based long-haul routes safely
- Keep accurate logs and comply with regulations
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report findings
