Are you a CDL-A driver on the hunt for an exciting OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: You will typically be out for 1-2 weeks, depending on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained, with trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Expect to earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles driven weekly. Our base rate ranges from .45 to .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with the opportunity for dedicated drivers to log up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. Employees become eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
