Home Time: Typically, drivers are out 1-2 weeks at a time depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, but some drivers may be out for 2-week periods. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, primarily composed of automotive loads, ensuring efficient operations with 70% drop and hook practices that minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Average weekly earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600, based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800 miles. Our base rates vary from .45, .50, to .55 CPM, along with a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily operating east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes guarantee reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
