Dry Van Company Driver (W-2) - Greenville, SC
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to operate out of Greenville. We provide competitive mileage pay that starts at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles and bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, referrals, and more.
What We Offer You:
- Modern trucks under 3 years old, featuring APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Reliable in-house maintenance support to keep your truck in top condition.
- Home every two weeks, along with a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL A license required.
- Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.
- A strong commitment to safety.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
