Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule operates Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet comprises well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads consist of 100% no-touch freight, primarily automotive products, with 70% drop-and-hook operations to minimize dock waiting time.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on hiring location, with weekly mileage of 2,500-2,800. Base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
