OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Greenwood, IN by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive OTR dry van freight from Greenwood, IN across the continental U.S. as a solo CDL-A operator. Responsibilities include long-haul route execution, cargo securement, compliance with DOT rules, and consistent communication with dispatch to meet delivery schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Operate late-model dry van tractors with sleepers, APUs and inverters for extended OTR duties.
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain logbooks and ensure safe load securement.
- Work with dispatch and maintenance for timely turns and issue resolution.
HMD provides competitive pay starting at 65 CPM, average weekly miles near 2,500, safety and referral bonuses, reliable in-house maintenance, biweekly home time and comprehensive benefits. CDL-A and 12 months verifiable experience required.
