Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Gresham, OR

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an independent contractor opportunity that offers excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide W2 positions with dry van routes across all 48 states, ensuring substantial earning potential. Experience the independence of contracting with competitive compensation and profit-sharing options.

Home Time:

  • 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to spend quality time with family and attend to personal commitments.

Equipment:

  • Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for comfort during long hauls.

Freight Operations:

  • Enjoy 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest through Washington and Oregon.

Pay and Miles:

  • Average weekly earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 with a pay rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, along with a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

  • OTR driving covering all 48 states with diverse dry van freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:

  • This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those 18 and older at no extra charge. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
