Dry Van Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs - Gwynn Oak, MD

HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to run freight throughout the nation. We offer a strong pay structure starting at 77 CPM Split, with weekly averages around 5,000 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Our Offerings Include:

  • Modern trucks (under 3 years old) with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
  • Reliable in-house maintenance support to keep you on the road.
  • Return home every two weeks with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid CDL A license.
  • Minimum of 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

  • Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
  • Orientation Pay: $150
