OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Gwynn Oak, MD by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Safely drive dry van equipment across interstate and long-distance routes.
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs, and process delivery documentation.
- Communicate with dispatch to adjust routes and meet delivery windows.
HMD offers strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM (about 2,500 miles/week on average), safety and referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must possess a CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience; home every two weeks.
