Are you a CDL-A driver seeking a fulfilling W2 position with excellent compensation and modern equipment? Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road, then enjoy 4-5 days at home, balancing earning potential with time for family and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, which come equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts designed for comfort during long hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Focus on driving with 100% no-touch freight operations across all 48 states, including routes on the East Coast and Pacific Northwest regions.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 per week with a rate of $0.60 CPM plus $50 stop pay. You will also receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit share bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• OTR covering all 48 states with various refrigerated freight opportunities, including specialized routes to maximize your earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for drivers aged 18 and older at no charge. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition.
