Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding OTR role with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, but some 2-week stretches may occur. Our work schedule runs Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their trucks and trailers home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch freight, consisting mainly of automotive products, with 70% drop-and-hook operations to reduce dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on your hiring location, with weekly miles ranging from 2,500-2,800. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, dedicated drivers can achieve up to 3,000 miles per week. Our consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers may qualify for dedicated accounts.
