Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position with attractive pay and top-notch equipment? Home Time: You will typically be out for 1-2 weeks depending on your location and freight needs. We strive for weekly home time, but some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule will run from Monday through Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck comes equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers have the option to take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibilities.

No Touch Freight: All loads are dry van with 70% drop and hook operations, minimizing dock waiting times. We offer 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week depending on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500 and 2,800 miles. Our base rates are .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers potentially covering up to 3,000 miles per week. We maintain consistent freight lanes to ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins the first month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. You will also be eligible for dedicated accounts after 90 days.
