Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Core Duties:
- Team driving with under-3-year-old tractors featuring APUs and sleepers
- Perform meticulous safety and maintenance inspections
- Secure loads and manage electronic logs
- Communicate with dispatch to optimize routes
Drivers average 5,000 miles weekly, earn 77¢ CPM split pay, and receive bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections. With home time every three weeks, reliable in-house maintenance, and full health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits, your success is our priority.
