Requirements

  • 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
  • No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
  • No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
  • Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy Description

Join HMD Trucking’s Havre de Grace, MD terminal team to transport dry van loads nationwide.

You’ll average around 2,500 miles per week at 65¢ per mile, plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals.

Role Overview:

  • Drive modern Class A tractors under three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleeper cabs
  • Plan and manage OTR routes while adhering to FMCSA guidelines
  • Leverage in-house maintenance services to ensure reliability

Return home every three weeks and receive a full benefits package—health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). A CDL A license and at least one year of experience are required.
