Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks, depending on location and freight. We aim for weekly home time; however, some 2-week periods may occur. The schedule runs Monday through Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet features well-maintained trucks no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Each truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, maintaining responsibility for secure parking.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are managed with 70% drop and hook operations, reducing dock waiting times. We operate 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Drivers can expect to earn between $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 per week based on their hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. The base pay rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a monthly performance bonus of $750 ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our operations primarily extend east of I-35, offering dedicated drivers the opportunity to reach up to 3,000 miles per week. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program are also available. After 90 days, drivers can qualify for dedicated accounts.
